Hey all.  More talk about the real issues facing our industry,  Kryshan Randel gives us much great advice on how to get started in a film career.  Are you thinking of going to film school?  Watch this first!

Another very important lesson Kryshan teaches us is to give back.  Wait till you hear about the heart warming projects this guy is involved in.  When you give, you get back 3 fold.  I assure you.  Watch this and tell me I'm wrong.

EPISODE 19 - Sasha Popove, DOP, Grip, Film School Instructor

OK, here we go again folks!.  Another of my all time favorite interviews without a doubt.  Join me and Sasha Popove while we discuss how things are out there "in the real world".  His main talents take the form of DOP and Grip but as you will see, he's as sharp as they come.  This guy has been around and doesn't hold back.  This is as real as it gets.

NEWS - Pull Focus Film School

We had the opportunity to visit the Pull Focus Film School.  Sasha Popove was nice enough to give us a quick tour and talk about this great organization.  I love what Steve Rosenberg has created here.  A down to earth teaching institute that puts students before profits.  I have heard so many good things about this non profit school I wouldn't know where to start.  If you are thinking about a career in Film or just want to polish up your skills, consider Pull Focus.  You won't be disappointed.

NEWS - Vancouver Web Fest 2014

The very first Canadian festival dedicated to showcasing the Web series has just happened.  I was one of the Photographers for this 3 day event and the Backstage crew spent lots of time checking it out.  I found the festival as a whole was very well done with all sorts of little touches.  It made for a long day if you even tried to stick it out till the end.  But the content was a peek at the future.  If you missed it, make sure you keep an eye out for next year because you won't regret it.

I will be adding content below as I finish it.
